HR can view individual attendance records by date and use this data directly when calculating monthly payroll.

Understanding the Workflow
Before any design work began, Vizdale spent time understanding how VeePee actually operated — how attendance was being recorded, how expenses moved from site to management, and how procurement requests were made.

Designing the Experience
With three distinct user types in mind, the platform was designed so that each role had a focused, uncluttered experience. Layouts and workflows were reviewed with VeePee's team before development began.

Built as a web application with full mobile optimization. Custom logic was developed for attendance classification, the indent approval flow, and design version management.

Rollout
Introduced in stages, starting with management and HR before expanding to site-level employees. Permissions configured to match VeePee's team structure.

VeePee's super admin was set up to independently manage team members, roles, and permissions going forward — no dependency on Vizdale for day-to-day administration.
